This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and his sisters.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is not harassed and he was called for enquiry only.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute between the parties, who are brother and sisters.
