Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Srivilliputhur and that the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.455 of 2016.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
