ORDER

The writ petitioner wants issuance of local cable TV Operator License of DAS(Digital Addressable System). He has given a representation dated 12.01.2019 in this regard to the respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 stated that they are ready to issue the license, as sought for, to the writ petitioner. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
