Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2026 to give adequate police protection while conducting survey based on her petition No.2025/N123/23/007991 dated 31.10.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2026 to give adequate police protection while conducting survey based on her petition No. 2025/N123/23/007991 dated 31.10.2025.

2.It is seen that the petitioner is having a degree in his favour in O.S.No.38 of 2023, dated 18.08.2025. The petitioner submitted an application to the Tahsildar to survey the land. The surveyor, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.A11/OFL7991/2025, dated 30.12.2025, has communicated to the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai, to grant police protection.

3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to grant police protection to the Tahsildar to survey the land.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
