ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.373 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.05.2015 the petitioner intercepted the de-facto complainant's car and abused him with filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is an advocate and therefore, the petitioner was prevented from moving bail petition before the concerned Magistrate and also the Sessions Court.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
