ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.10.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the First Information Report was registered on 22.01.2018 in Crime No.13 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 468, 471 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(g) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. The copy of the First Information Report is also filed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
