This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 03.11.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.10 of 2018 under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
