ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 408 IPC and Section 6(4)) of TNSC(RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 9 of PDS (Control Order) 2001 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C.Act, 1955 in C.C.No.172 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the petitioners, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners and the petitioners may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the warrant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a

direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
