ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 would carry out the survey exercise in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if any rival claim is encountered by the authorities, they will relegate the writ petitioner to move the Civil Court.
