This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in File No.2025/0103/29/485188, dated 24.11.2025, whereby the petitioner's application for transfer of patta dated 24.11.2025 was rejected, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the patta in respect of the property comprised in S.No.27/2C1, Puliyoorkurichi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, in the name of the petitioner within a stipulated time.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. By the impugned order dated 24.11.2025, the second respondent rejected the petitioner's application for transfer of patta in respect of the subject property.

4. A perusal of the impugned order of the second respondent reveals that the petitioner's request for transfer of patta was rejected based on the report of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar. However, the impugned order also indicates that once the deficiencies are rectified, the petitioner may submit a fresh application.
5. In view of the above, in the event of the petitioner submitting a fresh application along with all the necessary and relevant documents, after the rectification of deficiencies, the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to all necessary parties concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
