Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District on day to day basis within stipulated time limit. ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to expedite the trial in C.C.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District on day to day basis.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.117 of 2014 and dispose of the same within a period six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
