ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today the matter was posted under the caption for being mentioned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail, this Court directed the petitioner to reside at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, which was wrongly mentioned as report before the respondent police.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall reside at Trichy and report before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further order.
5.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue fresh order copy.
