This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.430 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police after the investigation have deleted the name of the petitioner from the accused list.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
