O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to transfer the case in Crime No.281 of 2023, dated 03.09.2023 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and entrusted the same to the Respondent No.4 for further investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case, they have completed the investigation and filed final report before the concerned Court. Therefore, transfer of investigation will not arise at this stage.

3.Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation and in this case, already investigation has been completed, transfer of investigation will not arise at this stage. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
