Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorari direction against the charge memo No.101/F.Charge Framed/Supdt/2017/ dated 18.5.2017 and the consequent order of service surrender F.AO/EA/2017 dated 22.5.2017 in the nature of writ calling for the records on the file of the respondent and quash the same and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Satheesh Standing Counsel for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.O.S.Kalai selvam Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

By order, dated 30.11.2022, in W.P.(MD)No.10984 of 2017, this Court directed the Superintending Engineer to pay the terminal benefits to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Superintending Engineer has filed W.M.P.(MD)No.6692 of 2023, wherein stating some reasons, he has requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 30.11.2022, made in the writ petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Superintending Engineer for extension of time, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order, dated 30.11.2022.
