ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that no such complaint has been received from the petitioner and no case has been filed against the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
