ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of his application for patta transfer based on the sale deed dated 20.07.2011.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.C.Saravanan would bring to my notice that even as early as on 31.08.2024 patta has been mutated in the name of the writ petitioner, he has also forwarded the records concerned for my perusal.

3. I find that as rightly contended by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the computerised patta has been mutated in the name of the petitioner even as early as on 31.08.2024, hence, no order need be passed in the present writ petition.

4. In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 03.03.2025 am To The Tahsildar, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.
