RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to impose upon me in Cr.M.P.(MD)No.10890 of 2019 dated 24.01.2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.591 of 2019 on the file of this Hon ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10890 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.591 of 2019, dated 24.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10890 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.591 of 2019, dated 24.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2826 of 2020 learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10890 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.591 of 2019, dated 24.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
