ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.52 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had produced the fake RC Book of the vehicle by filing the petition for return of property before the lower Court. Based on the complaint given by one Murugeswaran, who is working as Chief Clerk of Valliyur Judicial Magistrate Court, the respondent police has registered the present complaint against the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

CRL OP(MD). No.4247 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner has produced the fake Registration Certificate of the vehicle by filing the petition for return of property. Unfortunately, the Court Officer found the fake RC Book and lodged a complaint. Therefore, the Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary in this case. 5.In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
