The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 02.09.2024, of the petitioner and to direct the 2nd respondent and to reinstate the petitioner's sale deed dated 4th June 2014, registered as Doc.No.1701/2014 in the encumbrance certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
