This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1& 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner. Hence, the allegation made against the respondent police is denied.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
