Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of 5th respondent pertaining to its order bearing Na.Ka.No.21977/2015/L2(26) dated 25/01/2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse Rs.1,29,294/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by him.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that the claim application of the petitioner was considered for medical reimbursement and was rejected by the District Level Empowered Committee.

Cont.P.(MD) No.446 of 2020 2.Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Level Empowered Committee as per the scheme of New Health Insurance Scheme.
