ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The stand of the respondents is that the petitioner has only made an online application and has not approached them in person. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Assistant Executive Engineer of the Tirunelveli Corporation on 10.03.2023 at 03.00 p.m along with all the relevant documents. The Assistant Executive Engineer shall also give acknowledgement for all the documents submitted by the petitioner and received by the said authority. Action for granting planning permission and building approval shall be taken and final orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
