This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2013 against the proposed accused persons namely Dharman, Kumar, Magendran, Senthil, Guna, Ramesh, Mani, Baskar, Thangamani, Murugesan, Mayandi, Ragu and Rajini Balu.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.286 of 2013 and thereafter, the same has been closed.
