RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks enabling the petitioner to execute the bond before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2149 of 2021 dated 15/02/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JEGANATHAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2149 of 2021, dated 15.02.2021.

2.It is submitted that the name of the father has been wrongly recorded in the remand report and hence, when the petitioner appeared for executing sureties, the learned Judge has not accepted the same. Now the respondent police realizing the mistake and corrected the same and filed a alteration report. The copy of the same is sent to the petitioner. Due to the said reason, the petitioner could not execute the sureties in time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the above, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioner is not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner.
