ORDER
The matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents have already acted upon the petitioner's representation and an enquiry is being conducted. He would also bring to my attention to the proceedings in Na.Ka.B5/24537/2024 dated 27.02.2025, in and where by, the date of enquiry has been fixed as 13.3.2025 at 3:00 PM.,
2. Considering the above and the fact that the petitioner's representation has been pending from July 2024, it would suffice to issue a direction to the respondent herein to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders on merits, in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from 13.3.2025.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
