This Criminal Original petition is filed to call for the records relating to the criminal case pending in Crime No.238 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Aathoor Police Station, Thoothukudi District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had agreed for the same and he also submitted that the petition has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty

to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
