Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent to appoint any other competent officer other than second respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.316 of 2014 dated 18.07.2014 which was registered by the third respondent and investigated by the second respondent and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.316 of 2014 and for further reinvestigation. 2.The respondent police have filed counter, in which it has been stated that the case has already been transferred to the Traffic Investigation Wing, Tirunelveli City, and the investigation is pending.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the Traffic Investigating Officer, Tirunelveli City, to investigate and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
