ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 587 days in representing the civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.49556 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thounsand only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of two (2) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.

3. Post this case on 18.03.2025.
