The first petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent herein. She had already filed a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act. It was allowed on 31.10.2017. The petitioner now alleges breach of the said order. She points out that the fourth respondent is coming to her house and he is holding out life threat and he is also harassing her in every other possible manner.
