ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 164 of 2020 on the file of the respondent and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.1274 of 2022 before the concerned Court..

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
