This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the stipulated time.

2.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent police and the same has been closed by advising both the parties have to approach the Civil Court to seek their remedy and he has also produced the copy of such statement. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
