ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on compliant given by one Valli by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2023.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vallai against this petitioner enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.172 of 2023 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it was a contractual obligation issue between the parties and both the parties appread and gave an undertaking that a sum of Rs.50,000/- will be paid by him to the said Valli on or before 28.02.2023. In view of the above said undertaking, further action was dropped. 2/4

3. Since the petitioner has already given an undertaking before the respondent police, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
