Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition in District Level scheduled to be held on 25.04.2020 at about 8 pm to 26.04.2020 at about 8 am at Kamarjar Thidal, Kalunkadi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2020.
