ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.11.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.25265 of 2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, by producing the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 26.02.2024, has made a submission that the land in question is a patta land and therefore, the authorities concerned cannot initiate any proceedings as prayed by the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
