This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case and to file a Final Report in compliance with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in C.M.P.No.1645 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.177 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 323, 341, 506(2) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.
