ORDER

The petitioner wants issuance of patta for the petition mentioned property. She has given a representation dated 31.12.2018 in this regard.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that if the petitioner makes online application, on receipt of the same, the respondent would consider and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of eight weeks from the date of receipt.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The respondent shall pass orders after putting the petitioner as well as all the interested parties on notice.
