Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting and allot the 3rd day of Mandagapadi to the Kudumbar Community pursuant to the decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting held on 24.03.2018 vide the Peace Committee Meeting decision in Na.Ka.No.A1/2289/2018, dated 24.03.2018 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to conduct the Peace Committee Meeting and allot the 3rd day of Mandagapadi to the Kudumbar Community pursuant to the decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting held on 24.03.2018 vide the Peace Committee Meeting decision in Na.Ka.No.A1/2289/2018, dated 24.03.2018 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner would submit that vis-a-vis the prayer sought in this case, the petitioner was granted permission to conduct 9th day of Mandagapadi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the function was peacefully ended and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
