O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.01.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent police and the same has been closed by advising the parties to approach the appropriate forum and seek their remedy, which was accepted by the parties and gave a statement that they will not involve in any problem. In the light of the aforesaid statement, the respondent police closed the petitioner's complaint.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
