This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.02.2025 and 2/6

07.02.2025 and direct the fifth respondent to conduct the preliminary enquiry based on the complaint dated 01.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the house bearing Door Nos.91, 92 & 93 situated in S.No.627/1 in North Car Veethi, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District. While that being so, one Ganesan, unlawfully occupied the house of the petitioner and thereby she lodged a complaint on 01.02.2025 and again she sent a representation on 06.02.2025 to the first respondent and a representation on 07.02.2025 to the second respondent. But so far, no action was taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent police received the complaint of the petitioner, conducted enquiry and closed the same as civil dispute on 01.03.2025. Therefore, already the respondents considered the representations of the petitioner and the same was closed.

4.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

5.Since the prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner and since the same has already been considered and closed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 6.With the aforesaid observation, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
