ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.11.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1-A) and 14A of T.N.Prohibition Act, in Crime No.747 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the District Collector and District Magistrate, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil detained the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Goondas Act.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the bail application has become infructuous. However liberty granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
