ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.136 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi inC.C.No.247 of 2010 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has registered a case against him under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and he was granted anticipatory bail and he was regularly appearing before the Court and due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate on 18.02.2015 and hence, NBW was issued. He would further submit that the petitioner would attend for all further hearings without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are totally two accused in this case and the second accused is appearing before the trial Court regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all future hearings without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
