ORDER
The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had not remitted the necessary charges. After the petitioner pays necessary charges, the respondents are ready to carry out the survey exercise in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the petitioner to move appropriate civil Court.
