Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent. Their matrimonial relationship had come under strain. They are now living separately. The petitioner now alleges that the fourth respondent had obtained passport by submitting fraudulent and bogus document.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been taken on file and the certificates submitted by the fourth respondent have been sent to the issuing authorities for verification. It is stated that based on the outcome of enquiry, further action will be taken.
4. The first respondent is directed to put the fourth respondent on notice and conclude enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022. This shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
