ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.183 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.3102 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report.
