Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Prayer: To set aside the order in Crl.M.P. No. 579 of 2026 dated 02.2.2026 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m., from the date of release until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.
ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P. No. 579 of 2026 dated 02.2.2026 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m., from the date of release until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 34 days. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge has been filed.
4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.180 of 2026, dated 12.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required.
