ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
