Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to give necessary concurrence to the recommendation of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.380/m1/09 dated 12.01.2009 addressed to the first respondent to set aside the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1098/2001 dated 04.03.2002 to restore petitioner's name in the revenue record for Survey No.310/9 an extent of 50 cents and Survey No.310/10 and extent of 50 cents of Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluka of Trichy District, as per the decree in O.S.No.700/2002 dated 07.10.2003 and to issue patta, Adangal and Chitta in petitioner's name, within the period stipulated by this Court.
