The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already the petitioner approached the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai and got anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.3324 of 2016. She has also produced a copy of the said order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.
