ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the original application uploaded by the petitioner for the post of Technical Assistant in TANGEDCO Direct Recruitment, 2016-2017, conducted by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the interview, conducted for the post of Technical Assistant. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
